My Students

Ready, set, LEARN with technology! By using technology in their every day school activities students will learn how to evaluate web resources, practice skills with current technology and prepare to be 21st Century Learners!

My students attend a small, suburban K-4 elementary school in Indiana.

Our classroom is full of twenty-four energetic third graders who have varying levels of experience with reading, writing, math and technology. They are inquisitive, creative, and eager to learn!

My Project

iPads in the classroom help students research different topics, practice math facts, video tape presentations and take pictures of classroom activities. We use the iPad during every subject! Students investigate information, practice on apps, or recording each other with the video component. Having another iPad would allow our classroom to integrate technology in different ways and help students have access to another type of learning.

An iPad in the classroom would serve as another resource for students to research materials as they work on Investigations.

Having more than 1 students in the classroom would increase students access to this valuable learning tool.
