My Students
Ever wondered what life would be like without technology? No computers, televisions or even cell phones! Thank God for inventor's keen sense for discovery! How do we continue to push ourselves to the next step? We must keep up with the newest forms of technology. Please help us modernize our class.
My classroom is filled with eager 9 and 10 year old children, already engaged in a very successful year.
I would like this year to be memorable and exciting for all my students. In my class, I encourage free thought, technology, and creativity. My students are hardworking, dedicated students. Adding technology to my classroom will help my students continue on the path of knowledge, using technological materials and supplies that will aid them in being successful in their learning.
My Project
The materials that I am requesting will be used in various ways. My class consist of 18 hardworking students with many different learning styles. To keep my students interested & eager for learning, technology is my solution. My students don't realize the games I put them on are learning tools. They love the interactive websites and software I allow them to complete. I plan to download various educational apps and software onto these tablets for our class tablets that my students may use while in centers or small group instruction. These programs will reinforce the skills that they are learning in class by giving them interactive activities that are engaging and interesting to the students. The websites that I use, also gives me constant lesson feedback and my students' progress as it is being achieved through the activities they are completing. I am also requesting printer ink. My students complete various in-class and home projects. Having color printer ink helps to brings their projects alive.
These donations will help my students adjust to the technological shift our world is creating.
It will make them better students, learners and technologically ready for our advancing world. These donations will help me with reteaching my students skills they have yet to master. Which will in turn help them to become better students and improve their in class scores and test grades.
