My Students

The APR is the central location for every event that goes on at our school, including some of the students favorite; Physical Education! Our students visit the APR twice a week for PE and engage in many different lessons.

In a suburban school district, many of my students have the opportunity to play recreational sports, travel teams, and more.

My students receive great exercise and fitness ideas during class that can be done at home or with friends! I would like to implement technology with the use of an iPad for fitness activities and physical education games!

My Project

Technology is growing more and more throughout our schools and personal lives. Students use Chromebooks to write papers, take tests, research information and play educational games.

Since students love technology, and students love PE class; why not intertwine them?!

There are so many great apps for physical education that my students will be able to use while participating in a highly energetic class. These apps include building teams, timers, fitness games, exercise spinners, health education games and more! Getting kids moving while using technology is a win for everyone!

Having an iPad for our class will open up so many new opportunities for us!
