This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are always on the go and always excited to learn. They enjoy coming to school and I love teaching them. It is a pleasure to come to work each morning to see their smiling faces, ready to show/apply all they have learned.

This is my second year teaching, it has been a very rewarding experience, and although we have made the best out of the current resources we have, and I am always seeking to add materials to meet the needs of every single scholar.

Kindergarten entails learning academics but also very important life skills like organization. This digital calendar will be used by my scholars to update assignments, keep track of special events, and learn about all the calendar. This device also allows us to quickly set timers, play music, and set reminders. The greatest part about using this device in our classroom is that it will be student led! This will allow us to practice leadership and ownership of our learning each day.
