This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Our building tries to find leaders in all of our scholars. All of our students have unique talents and skills, which need to be nurtured with things we can not afford for them. My class of 25 will have many personalities, strengths and weaknesses that we will nurture together to provide a safe and fun learning environment.

As a new teacher, I am trying to provide my 25 amazing students with everything they need to become leaders and A+ scholars!

My Project

The materials I selected would make a world of difference in our classroom. The Kindle Fires would allow for my students to access technology in multiple ways throughout our day. We currently only have 4 computers, that do not work very well, for the whole class of 25.

The tablets will allow for my scholars to prepare for the future in a way that is so important in today's society.

In addition, the cases would allow for us to make sure that the tablets are safe and able to be used by many classes. I also picked that the cases were purple to show off school pride!
