Help me give my students access to higher learning activities on their devices. I utilize several platforms for students to engage in their learning on technology but they do not have the tools to show accuracy.

My Students

In a room filled with 10-11-year-olds, the day is never dull. The 25 students in my class inspire me and each other daily to do better than the day before. The most important thing to build at the beginning of the year is a class community where students build each other up, collaborate, and empathize with each other. The amazing students in my class show leadership in their unique ways to help our class strive for excellence.

My students learn to embrace challenges, encourage creativity, and collaborate throughout the year.

They grow as individuals and community members not only academically so they are prepared for real-world experiences.

My Project

An individual stylus will help each student show their deep conceptual knowledge of skills on their devices at school. These pens will create accuracy and show mastery of skills in math, ELA, Social Studies, and Science. During the day, I encourage my class to show their learning through various programs on their devices. Currently, my class either cannot use their computers for specific assignments and resort to pen and paper, or they use their fingers. Fingers are hard to read because of the large surface area. These pens would be so helpful to my class to use technology as a learning tool and not just an extension or filler. I will collect these pens at the end of the day so they are not lost.
