My students are the kids that make each and every day amazing! They have a natural love for learning and want to learn. Many of my students are from homes were the necessary resources for learning are not accessible. I want to provide these students with the materials needed to achieve the success they yearn for.
My students are enthusiastic, loving, and have a thirst for knowledge.
I want to be able to provide each student his or her individual needs to become successful by the time they leave my classroom. These students deserve the very best learning experience I can possibly give them.
My Project
My students will use the chrome books to explore various learning opportunities through online resources and educational software. I will provide students with individualized learning opportunities through the use of the software to meet students at their learning level. We use technology to explore math and science exploration, to create writing projects and to test reading comprehension which encourages students to read through our accelerated reading program.
Individualizing the students learning plan allows for each student to progress at his or her own rate and reach his or her own learning goals.
This is necessary with today's curriculum requirements. All students are unable to succeed with a boxed curriculum that is based on the needs of an average learner. All adults have individual needs and so do our children. Our students need individual learning opportunities and the use of technology enables that to become a reality. These chrome books will allow my students the opportunity to use the educational programs to meet his or her individual needs.
