My Students

Our school was built in the early 1970's and already is lacking in some technological ways. I have 31 students and 17 Chromebooks. I would like to be able to provide more opportunities for my students to use the district supported apps that will helps student increase their overall skills and learning. My students will be able to more fully access the available programs to help them improve their critical thinking skills as well as their ability to engage with this learning environment that has shown to improve their over skills.

My Project

Because of Covid we have had to increase cleaning of computers. Our school does not have a 1 to 1 ratio for computers. It will be more efficient to allow more students to access instruction simultaneously in the classroom. Computers will also be made available for home use to students that do not have access to devices when virtual learning days occur because of Covid 19. Students will need to continue to become more proficient with computers and technology as they progress through their schooling career and beyond. Students will benefit greatly through more equitable access to technology in the classroom.
