Growing and learning every day is the main goal of these young students. I want them to have every opportunity available to them to grow as learners. I have 30 amazing third graders who thrive on learning. I want to give them the ability of technology. By having more technology in the class, I will be able to provide them with even more individualized instruction.
My students love using technology.The addition of technology would give my students a much needed boost of practice in the areas of math and reading.
Students who are confident in their abilities will be ready to face the challenges of higher education and the workplace.
My Project
I would love to provide the class with more opportunities to work independently on practicing and reviewing their skills using technology. By getting these tablets, students would be able to work on Math games to practice their math concepts and research for all our Project Based Learning we do in the class. The only problem is with 30 students we just don't have enough technology to go around.
By providing them with more technology , I can provided them with more differentiated learning opportunities.
The students will have the opportunity to do research for our culture awareness projects. Giving them more exposure to technology would be wonderful. Different modalities of learning would be great for them!
