Technology, Flexible Seating, and Room Transformations- Heading Towards Success!
Help me give my students technology for the classroom, room transformation materials, and comfortable seating! The OSMO's and STEM bins will be used to bring lessons to another level.
I love the question "what makes your students special" knowing that everything is not the best answer but it is most certainly true. My students are eager to learn and want to do their best daily. Their confidence is contagious and they make teaching the best job around.
I teach at a Title I school with diverse students from all walks of life.
Many of the students receive free/reduced lunch and also receive "backpack buddies" which provides them with food and snacks for the weekend. Despite the challenges they may face, my students come to school ready to do their very best.
My Project
The OSMO's and QBall will allow me to integrate more hands on technology into our lessons. Our world is full of technology and our students must learn how to use it and be successful. It also sparks their interest! Once they are interested in the lesson, you can teach them anything!
These materials will be life changing on multiple levels!
The flexible seating options allows my students to choose where they work best in the classroom. The room decor allows our space to feel like home and be a place where they want to be. The greenery approach will provide my students with calm scenery.
The room transformation materials will allow my students to come in and be SHOCKED by the transformation. My students absolutely love room transformations. As soon as they know one is coming up they are excited and knocking the door down to come in. All of these materials allows me to bring our lessons to another level of engagement.
