Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are very intelligent and eager to learn. We are apart of Title 1 low-income district in Winnsboro, SC. Although we are in a new era of learning, it is difficult to do certain things on Chromebooks without certain tools.

My Project

They will learn how to properly use a mouse and use for assignments that will require them to drag and drop items. The mouse will help them with selecting answers and making numbers on the screen instead of using their fingers. My students have a difficult time with the earbuds they currently have and they are easily broken and some of my students do not have any. They can use the headphones to help them concentrate during testing to block any noise and for hearing and understanding needs. The headphones will also be used for reading and listening to stories.
