My Students

The students in our weight training classes are very eager, not only to work out but to follow an individualized workout plan and monitor their progress. Students come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Some are athletes, training to become stronger in their sport and many are not involved in organized sports. They simply want to learn how to become more fit - skills and knowledge that they can learn for a lifetime. approximately 300 students take weight training classes through our Physical Education department every semester.

My Project

The iPads will allow us to use the TrainHeroic on-line strength and conditioning program that will keep our weight training students engaged by providing them with individualized instructional tools and motivational progress tracking. Hundreds of students take weight training classes at our school each year.

Your generous donation will challenge our students to use technology to enhance their workout program and help us to develop physically educated students who know how to keep themselves fit for life.

By implementing TrainHeroic with the iPads in our weight training classes, our students will be using a state of the art program that not only provides individual student benefits but is also an efficient and motivating class management system where all students are connected to the instructor. Your donation will help us to in our quest to continually update and improve Physical Education opportunities for students.
