My students are in grades 6, 7 and 8 and live in East Bay, California. We are a Title 1 school. My students thrive in school when given access to accommodations and technology to work on their school work.
My students are curious middle school learners with mild to moderate disabilities who need to have access to technology and standing desks to thrive in middle school.
My students will utilize the chromebooks and flexible seating for personal learning on a daily basis.
My Project
Use of chrome books and standing desks will be used to empower student learning. Students will utilize the chromebooks daily to in project based learning activities and utilize standing desks for students who need accommodated seating options.
Students will utilize Chromebooks and standing desks as tools daily to access curriculum and be a successful students.
Students need access to chrome books to create projects for their general education core classes, which I support in resource class. Standing desks are required as accommodations for some students who simply can not sit at a desk for very long. Both Chromebooks and standing desks will help students access the general education curriculum they need to learn in sixth, seventh and eighth grades.
