Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Do you remember being in a classroom or school where the technology from home was drastically more advanced? Help our class keep up with the ever-changing times and technology by contributing to our project! My students are amazing students who are enrolled in a charter school that has been open for two years.
Although we were faced with the difficult challenge of starting new, we have created an amazing classroom community for learning.
My students are focused, goal-oriented, and excited to achieve to their maximum potential.
My Project
By having these Chromebooks in the classroom, my students will be able to become 21st-century learners by incorporating technology into problem-solving and increasing their reading and writing skills.
Research shows that when students are engaged and excited about what they are learning, students will remember the material better.
They will do this by using learning programs, interactive software and eBooks, and use the Chromebooks for researching project-based learning inquiry projects.
The addition of technology would give my students a much-needed boost of practice. Students who are confident will be ready to face the challenges of higher education and the workplace.
