Technology Accessories for Fifth Grade

My students need easels to hold their iPads and ear phones for testing. My students will also use the easels and earbuds on a daily basis for writing and reading classes.

My Students

The students in our school come from mostly low income families. Several students are being raised by someone other than their parents. Our school is at a big disadvantage, because we do not receive Title I funding. Most schools in the county have resources for their students that we do not.

Please help our students receive the resources that they need to be successful!

We have some of the most well behaved children that anyone could ever ask for, and it is a shame that they can not get the resources they deserve. Please help give our 5th grade students the opportunity to have the same educational experiences that other schools have in the county.

My Project

I am hoping to raise enough money to receive iPad stands and earbuds for all of our students. If this project is funded, the students will be able to see their iPads as they type their papers. Also, they will be able to listen to sources they are using to write about.

At the moment, the fifth graders, have a hard time typing their papers, because they can not hold the iPad up to type.

Also, the students will have the opportunity to use technology that they would not be able to use without the earphones, because the sound from some programs disturb other students.
