My Students

My class at the JK is a fourth grade, inclusion classroom with many diverse learners. My students require multiple modes of expression and communication in order to learn. Many of my students come from lower income families and do not have computers at home to assist with their education. Having Chromebooks in the classroom will provide multi-media for communication, multiple tools for construction and composition, various methods for response and navigation, and optimize access to tools and assistive technologies.

My Project

I am a teacher at the JKS. I am looking to raise money in order to purchase eight Samsung 3, 11.6", 4GB RAM Chromebooks for my students. I teach a fourth grade inclusion classroom in which not all students start on the same level.

I believe that these Chromebooks will provide a means towards evening the playing field and giving each student an equal opportunity to succeed.

Any donation will be greatly appreciated no matter how big or how small. Thank you for helping all the children in my classroom succeed!
