The students I work with come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds. I serve students who need help with deficit areas in reading and math. I try to engage my students through a variety of different standards in math and reading to help improve their abilities both in and out of the classroom.
In today's world, we must utilize technology to help educate students to become the citizens of tomorrow.
I am in need of chrome books that will help educate and train my students to strengthen themselves in their areas of academic need.
My Project
My students will be able to utilize technology in their own space and be able to be less distracted and focus on reading and math deficit areas that will make a difference in their grade level work. By being able to catch up in their weakest areas my students will be able to experience success in the classroom. Having these chrome books will make it possible for my students to succeed and grow by grade levels during one year's instructional time.
Students will be able to focus on deficit areas by being able to take ownership of their educational needs.
If my students get to utilize chrome books in a way that means something to them educationally then I will be able to see academic growth that really means something in the practical sense. I want my students to understand that what they learn has real world value. That their education can never be taken from them no matter what may happen to them in the course of their lives.
