This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I currently work at an elementary school that is located in the epicenter of the COVID epidemic. My students are currently at home doing remote learning. They either are lucky enough to have the technology or had to borrow technology from the DOE. They are missing out on hands-on activities and modeling through technology. They are receiving assignments through Google Classroom. I want to make more engaging activities and this project will allow me to do so.

My Project

All that I am asking for is to help with grading, drawing, and writing while distance learning right now. For example, the Apple Pencil will help me be able to draw during our graphic novel unit.

Submitting for the Apple Pencil to not only help my students but also for my own teaching.

They will help organize the materials I have planned for my students. It will help the teachers be better prepared for each upcoming unit reading, writing, literacy, and math. Help support drawing and writing in a fourth-grade classroom!
