My Students

My students have a few wireless devices in our learning environment. We have been fortunate to obtain these devices to support our learning. One drawback is they are not able to type quickly on these devices.

My classroom is filled with inquisitive students longing for an opportunity to express themselves.

They are creative and love learning. They strive for a creative outlet that fits their learning styles. They move quickly and think even quicker. We have a school full of these types of learners.

My Project

My students will use these three keyboards to type up their writing pieces on our classroom iPads or their own mobile devices. They currently struggle to capture their thinking in a manner that allows them to be productive with their time. These devices will become a permanent staple in our Writing Workshop.

This project will help meet a critical need in our learning environment.

Students will be able to work at a speed that matches their abilities. This project will create a more positive and smooth flowing learning environment.
