My students need these items to help us with our TeachTown curriculum. Students who needs assistance with behavior modification come to my room everyday to start their day off on a great start with TeachTown.
The students need your support. I work in a Title I School. Our school is considered to be at a high poverty level. We have a 40% refugee population, 40% African American, and 20% other. We offer free breakfast and lunch to all students.
The students matter.
I would like to provide them with opportunities and knowledge to make the right decisions. The materials I am requesting will benefit students with behavior modifications, special educational needs, and guidance in and outside of school.

The students who work with me need assistance with behavior.
The TeachTown: Social Skills curriculum was designed by professionals with backgrounds in general and special education, developmental and behavioral psychology, and speech-language pathology and is based on numerous studies that have shown that using video modeling.
Teachtown allows my students to understand every child has difficulties. It is the path we take after making a mistake that matters. The puppet stage will allow students to opportunity to 'act out' the right and wrong way to handle a situation using hand puppets, Jelly, Mochi, Ginger, etc. The students I use Teachtown with are Autistic, Emotionally under developed, and require simple ways to teach new behaviors. The fidgets will allow of students to have something in their hands in order to help them focus on the lesson each day. The dry erase boards provide my students who have a difficulty with writing, a fun way to participate in vocab. Also the thicker markers help with handwriting grip for those who have difficulty.
Teachtown has comic strips, vocabulary lessons, and different activities to go along with every modeled behavior.
