Did you know the number one reason students withdraw from colleges? No,it's not because schools too hard, or that they don't like it. It's because they get so far in debt that they have to drop out to be able to pay bills.

At my school we're working hard to change that by giving our students the knowledge to make financial decisions before they get that credit card offer in the mail. Or before they are told to fill out a credit card offer so they can get a free t-shirt.

Because this is the first year I've really had to teach the financial literacy class I am struggling for material that my students can relate to. That's where you can help. The set of DVDs I am requesting will help my students be aware of the financial pitfalls ahead of them and how to manage their finances.

You can help give my students they need to be successful, not just in high school and in college but in life. As is evidenced in the current economy students need to be taught the pitfalls of credit cards, small loan companies and the importance of savings. You can help me accomplish this.
