My students love to learn about the world around them and explore all of the technology that is becoming available in today's world.
They are so loving and adventurous, they truly teach ME more about how to embrace life every day. My students don't always have access to the tools needed to develop the problem solving skills they need to be successful in the workforce. It is my goal to help them become the most well-rounded, problem solvers and world changers!
My Project
Do you remember being a kid? I remember being so curious! I was always wanting to understand the world around me, how things worked and I dreamed of a future career (not thinking I would be teaching!). I always needed someone to understand that sometimes my little body needed to wiggle. I always needed the ability to learn through play!
By ordering the Osmo Genius Kit, it is my goal to allow my children to explore their math and science skills through exploration and play.
Students will learn to code which is such an important skill in a world where nearly everything is driven by code. Students will also have the opportunity to use the stability balls to keep them from fidgeting during instruction and hold their focus. The iPad pillows will also be extremely beneficial because students will be able to use them to take online tests more effectively and use the iPads for reading!
These students are going to learn so much this year and I am so excited to facilitate that learning!
