My Project

Our classroom is comprised of students with a variety of needs and skill levels. In an Integrated Preschool Program, all students needs are met in the least restrictive environment. It is essential that an Integrated Preschool Classroom is equipped with a wide variety of learning activities and toys to teach early developmental skills as well as to make learning fun.

Every child deserves to learn how to enjoy play and expand their interests and activities so that they can functionally engage with their peers as well as finding joy in their independent leisure time.

Early learners need access to cause and effect toys that teach students how to begin play. Teaching play is essential to student development and encourages students to find joy in their learning. These early learning toys (as well as the sensory items) will welcome students into preschool and allow us to meet every student where they are at.
