My Students

Greetings! My students are eager learners from a small, rural, diverse k-12 school.

Our school has 325 students k-12 and the population of our small logging community is 112.

This means that many of our students come from neighboring school districts seeking an education. Our school is the hub of the community overlooking the quaint rural town.

My students utilize educational software to provide 21 century individualized educational tools so that they can grow at a guided individual pace. We could desperately use your support to buy Chromebooks as we struggle to find funding to support our needs.

My Project

Some of our students have their own Chromebooks, however; this project would allow 30 additional students to utilize the devices for learning. It would enable students to fully utilize Google App's For Education and all the extensions and applications that make teaching and learning more fluid with life after high school.

Funding 30 Chromebooks would help my students think critically, exert creativity, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively in a 21 century world.

My students will gain knowledge working with modern information literacy, media literacy, and technology literacy. Support the skills that are important to prepare our students for the work force and beyond.
