My Students

My students are the most delightful group of children a teacher could be blessed to teach. My over-crowded school is located in a corner of The Bronx. They are inner-city kids, which must overcome many disadvantages in pursuing their education. The students are awesome, eager, and hardworking children who are struggling learners. A large portion of these students are English language learners as well as special needs students.

My special students really just simply need extra support with their studies.

My Project

The website Teachers Pay Teacher is an answer to a teacher who is Google Slides challenged. I have had people Zoom with me to explain how to change a pdf into a Google Slide, all to no avail.

The greatest discovery I have made since having to distance teach is all the prepared Google Slides on Teachers Pay Teachers.

My students are having enough trouble adjusting to working long distances on a computer without having to figure out how to upload pictures of their work for review. By being able to purchase ready-made products my children can type or drag answers right on the slide. It will definitely reduce stress on them as well as me.
