My Students

It is so easy for teachers to get burned out and especially during this pandemic crisis that has forced us to change our teaching platforms. In September the Get Your Teach On conference will be in Orlando. This is an amazing opportunity for me to renew the fire and passion for teaching.

I love all my kids fiercely, even the toughest nuts to crack.

My exiting phrase to all my kids is “I love you. I mean it. Now get out.” I truly mean this went I say it each period.

My Project

English is not always a student’s favorite subject because most kids do not like to Read let alone WRITE. This conference will help me develop new skills and tools to bring the passion I have for these subjects into my classroom. My goal is to return a better teacher and help form our future into passionate Readers and Writers.
