Each year I am excited to enter into the new school year. This coming year is even more exciting because my students and I will be starting the year in a new school!
My goal is to create a school and classroom environment that is inviting, engaging, meaningful and full of passion!
Although I don't know my students yet, I already know that it is going to be such a special group of students! I cannot wait to meet them and see the unique qualities that they bring to our class. My students will be from a low income area and they deserve the best! Thanks to your donations, I will continue to be able to do whatever I can to help my students succeed and move on to be successful members of society!
It has been a dream of mine to see teachers in action at the Ron Clark Academy. The Ron Clark Academy is an amazing school in Atlanta, Georgia that strives to deliver high quality instruction through engaging teaching methods, advanced rigor, and passionate climate and culture. As I finish up my second year of teaching, I am already thinking of how I want to improve my teaching for next year. I will be starting my third year of teaching at a brand new school!
This professional development will help me to help my students develop pride and passion for our new school.
After attending this professional development, I will be bringing back what I learn to share with my coworkers. We will be able to use everything that I learn to help develop a strong school culture that makes learning fun! We are all excited for our new school and this professional development will get us off to a great start!
