My Students

My students come in each day eager to learn and work with one another! Every year I see my fourth graders grow academically, socially, and gain independence. I am always blown away by their growth as individuals and the respect the show one another.

I am excited to see the strong classroom community and growth they will show while we navigate through this school year together!

My Project

Over the course of the last 9 months, teachers have changed the way we teach and share information with our students. My students are currently learning at school, but many of them have needed to quarantine and learn from home for a few days up to a month. I try to provide similar, engaging activities for those who are at school as well as those who are learning from home. I also want to be prepared in the event we switch to virtual learning for a short or long period of time.

In order to meet my students' needs, I would like to provide them with digital resources to enhance my lessons and keep them actively engaged in their learning while at school or at home.

A Teachers Pay Teachers gift card would enable me to be able to purchase a variety of activities for students this year and in years to come. It would also allow differentiation so I can meet students at their learning levels in all subject areas.
