Help me give my students bean bags, sensory foam paint, sand, water marbles, and alphabet learning locks for sensory classroom that meets all of their sensory development needs.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I have 7 to 10 little people who are a joy to work with already and it's only the first day of school. My babies are developmentally delayed and some of them have some form of autism. Before the end of the school year, my goal is to make sure that they all have made some kind of progress in the development goals I have set for them. Every child will have a successful year of fun learning this year!
My Project
I am requesting bean bags, sensory foam paint, sand, water marbles, and alphabet learning locks for my classroom that will help special needs children who are in my classroom. These materials will help each and every child reach their developmental goals. I believe that these material will be fun and help the child engage more in learning and also keep their attention.
No matter what delays a child may have, it is never too late to learn and reach your highest potential.
All of my babies have to be reached on different learning levels and even as a teacher, it can be hard if you don't have the materials that you need to help develop each child. One thing that I have never stopped doing is finding ways to reach special needs children where they are. I am very excited to see what the outcome of every child is at the end of the school year.
