My Project

My students are so much fun! They are enthusiastic learners who surprise me every day with their curiosity and motivation to always be learning more. Their excitement encourages me to provide as much variety and fun to their learning experiences as possible, which is where Teachers Pay Teachers enters the picture.

Teachers Pay Teachers is an excellent resource for materials created by teachers for teachers who want to enrich their classrooms and supplement their curricula.

There are extensive amounts of resources available for every grade level and topic, many of which are editable to specific teaching and learning environments.

I intend to utilize the gift card to purchase materials to enhance my instruction in all subject areas for all first graders in our school. I teach social studies and science to all three classes on a rotation basis throughout the year, so my learning materials are utilized by lots of sweet first graders! I want to purchase materials to specifically teach about physical and earth science, which includes light and sound, as well as how the sun, moon, and earth move in predictable patterns. I'd also like to purchase materials to enhance my instruction in social studies regarding historical figures who have made an impact on how we live today. I appreciate your support in helping every first grader be successful at our school!
