My Students

Do you remember being little and wanting to play house, just like your mom and dad? My children LOVE our play kitchen, but we would like to add a kitchen and chair set.

My class is a group of 26 children in kindergarten in a suburban Michigan school.

Nearly all of the students in my class qualify for free lunch and therefore come from low-income families that cannot provide them with the enriching activities that they get at school.

My Project

With the great support of such wonderful donors at the Donors Choose website, we have received a beautiful play kitchen. Our donors even provided play food and play utensils for us to use. We would love to add a child sized kitchen table and two child sized chairs to complete our dramatic play area.

By supporting this project, the imagination power would SURGE in our room!

My students will be able to play house and engage in rich oral language experiences. They will role play and take part in such a valuable learning experience!
