This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Our students are an energetic bunch of eager learners. They crave engagement and thinking outside of the box approach to learning. In an effort to consistently reward their efforts with real-world rewards, this project is being put forth.
Students need real, tangible, hold-in-hand incentives/rewards to help promote their desire to try, their desire to put forth effort, and their desire to learn.
For a lot of them, school is an escape from other issues that they face. Why not help create an environment that enriches all facets of their school day?
In an effort to stock and be able to provide them with in-hand rewards and incentives for their efforts in learning and promoting positive behavior, this project materialized.
