My students are prekindergarten students who meet the state requirements and are labeled as being "at risk" of not succeeding, thus they are placed in the program to help them succeed. They are four years of age and live in a medium-large city.
My children love to explore, experiment, build, and create, and I am eager to expand technology in my classroom.
My classroom is becoming a wonderful place to learn, and my children have been blessed with technology this year. However, I am in need of storage for this technology.
I was gifted with a number of iPads this year, and the school received a new technology grant, which gave us Chromebooks. However, these devices are currently sitting on a shelf overnight, with no access to plugs.
"Technology is cool, but you've got to use it as opposed to letting it use you." - Prince
In this computer age, we need to use technology, or the world will overtake us. I like to give my children access to technology, especially technology that works. By getting storage for our devices, surge protectors, and headphones, we will be able to better use the wonderful technology we have.
I have chosen portable cases, so they can still be locked up at night, but also sturdy cases, so the devices can be plugged in when necessary.
