As a teacher in a school that serves students in pre-kindergarten through third grade with different learning styles and levels, it is difficult to actively engage all students. I teach 19 second grade students who are eager to learn new skills and practice them until they are infused in their brains.
The students in my class are excited to accept new challenges with vigor and strive to be the best they can be.
My students are very tech savvy and love to practice new skills using apps and online learning tools. With the assistance of these positive and meaningful learning experiences, students will strive to reach academic excellence and goals.
Students in my classroom love the opportunity to select a special seat on a daily basis. We need a larger variety of flexible seating in order to meet the needs of all students. With the addition of new seating choices like these stools, students will be able to release extra energy while remaining engaged in learning!
With the help of your donation, students will be able to choose from a variety of seating arrangements that will incorporate tall bar stools for the tall tables as an additional option for flexible seating in our classroom.
Each morning, students enter the classroom and choose not only their seating location, but also the type of chair they would like to utilize for the day. Just like adults, children deserve the opportunity to select where they sit to complete the assigned task and still remain comfortable. By providing this opportunity to the children, they become more active engaged and responsible for their own learning.
