My Students

My students are a group of fantastic kids. They are hard working, love to learn and create projects covering Texas History. We have been sharing our H.S. due to the flooding from Harvey. Our students and staff have lost all of our furniture in our school and are really looking forward to our move back to home.

In order for us to be able to work and learn we must have desk.

You see, we will be going back to portable buildings until our school is ready and these buildings are empty.

My Project

Our students have gone through a devastating event this past August when Hurricane Harvey dropped 57 - 64 inches of rain on our area. Some of our students lost their homes and all lost their school.

By being able to have a desk that they may work and learn at helps bring our community some normalcy.

Our students are eager to get back to our school, even though it will be portable buildings, its still home. Having desk in the buildings will ensure that some normal activities and sights for our students. We look forward to having our time back on our own campus.
