This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a STEM school my students have engaged in some wonderful projects. They have transformed into scientists, mathematicians and engineers. I love seeing them invent and create as only children can do.

It is always amazing to end the year with a hands-on activity that sparks interest in digging deeper.

Students will use engineering, math and science to make and launch rockets. Instead of just reading about it, they will experience it. This will create memories that will last a lifetime and even greater will lead to a lifetime of discovery.
