At our school, students rotate classrooms which means we get to see all 64 smiling 3rd graders each week. These kiddos come to school every day eager to learn something new and in return, we learn so many things from them!
Our 3rd graders are excited about the opportunity to experience different book genres and text complexities, as they explore reading through our 3rd grade book clubs!
Our students love our daily book clubs and enjoy meeting with their peers to discuss their current book.
My Project
Developing a love of reading is our goal in third grade! Through cross grade level book clubs, we are working to promote and instill that love of reading in each student.
What better way to encourage reading than to provide reader VOICE and CHOICE in what they read!
