This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

At my school, I am fortunate to have some of the most passionate, talented, and pleasant students! They work hard every day to become great musicians. They love what they do, and our school provides a very safe and fun environment for them.

Our students are so dedicated they come in an hour before school to practice, and also give up part of their lunch to work on their music.

I am fortunate every day to work with these fine young musicians!

My Project

We will be able to have more music stands when multiple groups of students are rehearsing all at once. With so much talent at our school, we want to make sure every student has the supplies needed to be successful. The addition of these new stands will give more students an opportunity to rehearse or practice at the same time.
