My Students

My students are an awesome group of kids that have different levels of intellectual, physical, and social abilities! They come from diverse cultures and we embrace those differences in our class!

My class is full of exponential potential!

They are an amazing group of students who are very eager to learn! I love seeing their progress as I watch them strive to do their best work, even when it gets difficult for them!

My Project

COVID-19 has put a huge strain on education. Especially in my classroom, it is so important to have hands-on learning! My project focuses on giving my students many different ways to learn important things while using their hands to stay engaged! Included are gel writing boards for a different way to do writing. There are various wooden toys and a rug to promote community diversity and enrichment through social play.

My students love to work with their hands!

By having multiple ways to learn new and sometimes difficult things, my students will remain interested when presented with different manipulatives! Also included are jumbo sand timers that can help them to see time. They think they are playing while they are learning! That's one of the best ways to do it!
