This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We work on centers everyday. They have the chance to practice and learn new skills. Tablets would allowed them to be more engaged in their learning.

My students attend a Title I school.

They all receive free-reduced lunch. They are always eager to learn. Whenever they are able to use something new, they are extremely excited and thankful. They do not have access to many resources which is why it's important for me to use technology to expose them to more content.

My Project

We will be using the tablets during centers and when learning content. There are many apps that are free and allow them to practice their skills. Students learn and practice new skills at the same time while incorporating technology. Technology is really important to use in the classroom.

We do not have access to a class set of tablets.

We only have four. Students are able to use them once a week. It will help out a lot if we get four more so that more students can use them during the week.
