My Students

My students are amazing little ones with an ongoing love of learning! These kids come from all different backgrounds. They each have unique abilities and challenges. But they're all so special and genuinely good children. They are becoming independent individuals. When they finish their work the first thing they want to do is find something else to learn. They do not want to waste a minute of our time. They are continually challenging themselves. I am so proud of them!

My Project

These tablets will be used by many children presently and in the years to come. First grade students come in with all different instructional needs. This is a resource that can benefit all of them! With the vast application options, there is sure to be something to promote learning for each child. I intend to implement this resource in all subject areas including math, reading, writing, science, and even language acquisition for second language learners. Many studies have shown the effectiveness of technology on engagement and enhancement of practiced skills. My students will be taught how much of a privilege they are to have.
