My Students

My classroom is a kindergarten classroom consisting of awesome boys and girls that are 5 or 6 years old. The school is over 100 years old. The students come to school daily, eager to learn through play.

My students come to school full of energy and ready to learn.

They know they are in a safe place with a variety of hands-on activities that keep them on task. They love to create, imagine and socialize! There is never a boring moment throughout the day!

My Project

A dry erase table will help get the most out of small group instructional times. The kidney shape will allow the teacher to be in close proximity to the children. I will be able to give extra support and give them immediate feedback and praise!

The ability to write right on top of the table will motivate the children to practice skills and will be so much fun!

We will use the table to practice writing our names, letters, numbers, shapes, sight words, practice addition and subtraction...the possibilities are endless!

Practicing skills in this way will be fun and engaging!
