A tablet will make learning for students. As students are having fun, they will be learning and engaged! This is a great way for students to learn, have fun and develop technology skills that they will take with them to college and beyond!
My 28 students come from many different backgrounds and are fun, loving, enthusiastic, hardworking and love to explore.
These students are eager to learn and need ways to be engaged! Some of the students have technology at home, while others do not. These students are all college-bound and are excited about their educational careers.
My Project
Students will use the tablets every day in centers to be engaged in learning. With the educational programs available for tablets, students will be learning independently. Students will also be learning important technology skills as they work with the tablets. The tablets will allow small groups of students to practice important English-Language Arts and Math skills on a daily basis. Students move from center to center practicing small group skills in a mini lesson. The tablets will help students practice things like high frequency words, reading and math skills at a differentiated level that is appropriate for the students skill level.
This projects is important because it directly impacts students learning time.
Students are able to learn skills that they will carry with them for their educational careers and beyond. The tablets will allow students to be engaged, have fun and interact with learning in a small group.
