My Students

My amazing students come from all 5 boroughs of New York City; making their way to our secondary school that serves children from sixth grade to twelfth grade in Manhattan’s District Two. As many of our Middle School students choose to stay for High School, we enjoy the unique opportunity to foster our students’ growth from the time they leave elementary school to the time they are accepted into college. Close to 100 percent of our graduating seniors go on to college, many with scholarships.

My Project

A Ping Pong table will be an excellent activity for all of our students (from 6th to 12th grade). As a NYC school with a small gym (and not much space), table tennis will give our amazing kids the opportunity to exercise, compete, learn a new skill, and have fun! It's also an official PSAL (and Olympic sport), so It'll be a wonderful activity to add!

Table tennis is a great sport for everyone- especially the kids who don't enjoy the traditional team contact sports like Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, etc.

The table can be used in selected Physical Education classes and will benefit students from 6th to 12th grade (and after school as well).
