My Students

Our students are from all around the world and range from advantaged to destitute. Our school inhabits one tiny corner of Jersey City near the ferry terminal to NYC. We have no gym and use an oblong basement room with a cement ceiling, walls, pillars, and a rubber mat- covered cement floor, barely heated in the winter with no AC. We have a very enthusiastic student body, and their parents sign them up for every activity imaginable.

We recently received an influx of students that are interested in table tennis (ping pong).

We even have a coach, waiting on the sidelines, to begin recruitment! All we need are some tables,nets, balls, and rackets.

My Project

We are ready to begin to recruit for a table tennis club/team. All we need is the equipment. Our students are asking about this type of team, and we want to help them to get involved. We will begin with an intramural club and hope to expand as we improve our skills.

We have had an influx of students that previously played on table tennis teams, and want to have one at our school.

Our students are an enthusiastic crew, always ready to try innovative ideas. We have an experienced coach that wants to coach our students, so all that we need is the equipment.
