My Students

I work in a school where most of my students get free and reduced-price lunches. Although most of the students are growing up in poverty, they are still eager to learn and excited about being at school. They love to do fun new activities in the classroom. They all enjoy doing projects that involve hands-on learning. My students are always eager to get to school and see what they will be learning that day. My goal is to make sure they have all the materials they need to learn.

My Project

Our classroom is in need of one more table to accommodate all of my students. I recently just received four tables that accommodates all of my students except for four of them. I would like for all of my students to be provided with the same opportunities. This table will allow every student in my classroom to be able to learn in an environment that is suitable to their needs. Right now four of my students are sitting in our old desks that create distractions while I'm teaching and while they are learning. Having one more table would make our classroom complete.
