My Students

Can you imagine having knowledge and an answer to a question, but not being able to speak the answer. My students are excited about learning and with the great technology our world has today, students can use switch devices to answer questions with the push of a button.

Our school is in a small town with a vast amount of poverty.

However, students come to school ready to learn and eager to read!!! We are a public school and our teachers are dedicated to teach students and their families. Our goal this year is to get our parents involved and work together so students succeed academically and socially.

My Project

We need a transmitter and kit button talk set to communicate and share their knowledge with other students and teachers. Switch devices will allow our teachers to record our voices so students can learn objectives and then with a push of a button answer math, reading, science, and social studies questions. This month we are learning our letter sounds and number patterns. With the use of these tools, students will be able to complete number patterns and learn their letter sounds.

This project will be a life changing experience for many of our students.

Our students are exceptional and many have needs that will be met using these tools. Imagine a child who is blind and unable to look at a book. These tools will allow them to record themselves sing and listen to themselves as they learn new objectives.
