Swinging Into Our Sensory Garden

Help me give my students swings for our Sensory Garden. This will benefit all students, but especially students with autism and attention disorders.

My Students

I teach at a school that ranges from Pre K to fifth grade. The students at my school are a delight to teach. We have students that are well behaved and love to make others happy. My students strive to please others and make a difference.

Being at a school that has older and younger students, makes you realize how helpful children can be.

The older students love to help the younger students succeed. The students at my school are great citizens who want to make a difference in this world.

My Project

We are dedicated to meeting the needs of all students. We are constantly trying to improve in all areas of academics and student enrichment. In honor of our former principal, Mr. Don Graves, we wish to create a Sensory Garden to memorialize his years of dedication to the students at our school. This garden will benefit all of our students in PreK - 5th grade. Mr. Graves dedicated his efforts to create an atmosphere that met the needs of all Students. We want to continue his legacy and love for our students by creating our own hands-on, engaging garden. We are asking for your help to make this vision a reality and to keep Mr. Graves’ memory alive. The garden is simply not something we can complete without some help. We are hoping that you can help us complete this garden. Our garden will feature many things, but the swings will be a major part.
