My students are in large part from disadvantaged families. Although this is the case, they always work hard. Students that may come from less privileged families face many different challenges. This does not mean that they do not put forth the same effort in the classroom or on the field.
My Project
These items are necessary for our teams to be able to play spring sports. The new bats are for the softball and baseball teams so that they can succeed on the playing field. The glove will be for any player who either does not have a glove for themselves or someone who has a worn-out glove that could use a new one. Providing our players with the newest bats guarantees that they will be set up for success during this season. We always want to set our athletes set up to be the best they can.
