My Students

We are a talented group of students who love to READ!

My students are passionate readers, coders, and love to engage and share their experiences through what they are learning day in and day out.

My students are also very interested in different learning environments whether that is flexible seating arrangements or using technology to further their knowledge on any given subject or idea.

I am a new teacher looking for new methods to extend my class' learning experience and to bring literature to life. I have been blessed with many vibrant teachers who were passionate about growing students' interests and passions.

My Project

A class set will ensure that every student will have their own copy to read and interact with the story. By providing the opportunity for every student to have a book means that they are able to not only engage with the text but they will also be able to help identify theme, plot structure, and other key identification skills that will make them better readers. This project will also help struggling readers enjoy reading by providing active learning experiences that help them visualize what is occurring in the story.
